We provide tenants with 24-hour access in case of an emergency; such as emergency furnace repair or broken plumbing. Repairs are done as soon as possible.

However, please use your best judgment in determining what is or is not an emergency situation. Please use the Maintenance Request Form in your Tenant Portal to submit all non-emergencies.
Our maintenance coordinator will contact you and make arrangements to have your problem analysed and repaired.
Please do not ever hesitate to ask questions; we prefer to have a clear understanding at the outset rather than a misunderstanding later. Tenant Screening Process
We process applications to rent on a “first come, first served” basis.
We require an applicant’s income be three times the monthly rent, and they must have a positive rental history. You may apply on our available homes page CLICK HERE ,your application will be processed within 24-48 hours.
