Thank you for choosing to rent a home through Property Management Systems. We take pride in the properties we manage and want to assure you ahead of time that we will treat you as a tenant, in a lawful and friendly manner.
We provide tenants with 24-hour access in case of an emergency; such as emergency furnace repair or broken plumbing. Repairs are done as soon as possible.

For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call (503) 516-2648.
However, please use your best judgment in determining what is or is not an emergency situation. We also have a Maintenance Request Form you are welcome to submit for non-emergencies.
Please do not ever hesitate to ask questions; we prefer to have a clear understanding at the outset rather than a misunderstanding later. Tenant Screening Process
We process applications to rent on a “first come, first served” basis. (An Application to rent can be printed from the link below).
We require an applicant’s income be three times the monthly rent, and they must have a positive rental history. To apply, bring your completed application and $49.00 in cashiers check or money order (per applicant) to our office. We will process your application within 24-48 hours.
