Residents can pay their rent online through their tenant portal, setup recurring payments, pay via mail or even bring payments to the office.
90+% of our residents use their tenant portals and pay online, where they can keep a record of all payments and charges – we make it easy for them!
RENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH
Rent received after 5PM on the 4th of each month is considered late.
If we have not received payment by 5PM on the 4th of each month the resident will be sent a late payment notice.
If we have not received payment by the 8th of the month we will send out a 72 Hour Notice! This notice states if the resident does not pay within 72 Hours we will start the eviction process. If we reach this stage we will contact you.
Don’t Forget we offer optional Eviction Protection!
Once we receive their rent it is deposited into a clients trust account, designated to your property ( as directed by Oregon State Landlord Tenant Law).
Owner payments are scheduled electronically or mailed as soon as tenant rents are processed, typically by the 10th of each month.
Payments are typically received within 2 days of scheduling (unless the scheduled date falls on a weekend or holiday).
